When renting a private holiday home in Italy, different than in a hotel, bed linen and towels are not included in the rental fee. It is possible to bring your own or we will provide them for you for an additional fee.

Since the holiday homes are mostly only inhabited in the holiday season and are empty during the rest of the year, they often do not have a telephone or internetaccess.
If you need internetaccess during your stay, we offer the possibility to book a web- cube.
Highchair&Babybed
Of course we can also provide a high chair and baby bed for your stay, for a small fee.

In Italy it is possible to rent a boat with less than 40 hp output without requiring a boating license. After a short instruction of the technical system, you can explore the beautiful beaches and hidden bays of Sardinia all around Golfo Aranci on your own. There is no better way to see take a swim in the emerald green bays of the peninsula of Capo Figari. It only takes 25-30 minutes to reach the island of Tavolara by boat, which is just perfect for a day trip at the beach with cristal clear water.
Together with our partner “Mare Fun”, located directly at the Lungo Mare from Golfo Aranci, we offer you a wide rance of boats in different sizes.
